The World Mountain Running Association (WMRA) are creating a position for a Manager for the Mountain Running World Cup race series owned by WMRA.

 This is a part-time position (averaging one day per week for 50 weeks of the year) where the successful applicant will be liaising and working together with the World Cup race events and reporting to the WMRA Council. In 2021 there are 12 events with a total of 16 races.

Key parts of the job include: liaising with the event organisers, managing requirements for World Athletics implementation (permit) and anti-doping, working with sponsors, media partners and WMRA’s own World Cup media content creators, athlete liaison, and managing the choice of and process for future World Cup races.

The job will obviously involve travel to World Cup races and travel and accommodation will be included or reimbursed. Salary will be discussed on application.
